They work in the same platform you do, bringing the domain judgement and quality control that no platform supplies on its own.

How the work runs

1. Framing. The question is scoped with your team, including what a useful answer would allow you to decide.
2. Analysis. Analysts work across the platform, using Antlect to search the connected record and surface relationships that manual research would not reach at comparable speed.
3. Synthesis. Findings are assembled into a research brief, with the evidence trail intact.
4. Handover. The brief is delivered to your team, and the underlying artifacts remain in your workspace, so the work compounds rather than ending with the engagement.
