Admin role required. The admin dashboard is available to accounts with the **admin** role. It's where organisation access is granted and users are managed. ## Access requests New access requests from the public landing page arrive here for review. For each request you can see the applicant's name, work email, organisation, and stated use case. * **Approve**: the applicant's account is activated and they can sign in immediately. * **Reject**: the request is closed; no account is created. Requests are timestamped and retain their review outcome, so there's an auditable record of who was granted access and when. ## User management The dashboard lists all users with their role and status. Admins can: * Promote a user to **admin** or return an admin to **user**. * See when each account was created and linked identity details. Admin actions take effect immediately. Demoting the only remaining admin would lock the dashboard, so keep at least two admin accounts.
